Download IBO Player, IPTV Smarters Pro or TiviMate from the Fire TV App Store.

Open the app and enter the Xtream Codes (or M3U) emailed by X-OTT.

Your channels and VOD appear. Use 5GHz wifi or Ethernet for smooth 4K.
